    Delegate Manchin moves to amend House Judiciary Committee strike and insert amendment, in the enacting section, amending the enacting section to eliminate all reference to §11-16-18 in the enacting section;

    AND

    Immediately following the enacting section, by striking out the headings for chapter eleven and article sixteen of chapter eleven on lines one and two of page one, and striking out the provisions of section eighteen, article sixteen, chapter eleven, in its entirety, from beginning of line three, section sixteen, page one of the amendment and continuing through the end of line fourteen, page nine;

    AND

    On page twenty-eight, line nine, by striking out the remainder of the bill and inserting in lieu thereof, the following:

    “§60-8-34. When retail sales prohibited.

    It shall be unlawful for a retailer, farm winery, wine specialty shop retailer, private wine bed and breakfast, private wine restaurant or private wine spa licensee, his or her servants, agents or employees to sell or deliver wine between the hours of two o'clock a.m. and one o'clock p.m. on Sundays, or between the hours of two o'clock a.m. and seven o'clock a.m. on weekdays and Saturdays: Provided, That a private wine bed and breakfast, a private wine restaurant or private wine spa licensee shall be permitted to sell wine for consumption on the licensee’s premises between the hours of ten o’clock and one o’clock p.m. on Sundays.”
